Who We Are
Nita and Philip Wolf have shared interests in creative writing, theatre, film, TV, sewing, pickling and generally making things. They married in March 2020 (during covid). They like to think of themselves as collaborators at life and of creative projects
They have spent the past 18 months writing the script for their immersive theatre play Vincent Ergo, which tells the story of Vincent Van Gogh’s life through a unique and exploratory experience. They are now working on bringing this play to life. Together they have an extensive and relevant skills-set to ensure Vincent Ergo is a successful production.
Philip Wolf works professionally as a post production editor, regularly working on Masterchef, Survivor, My Kitchen Rules and Married at First Sight to name a few. He has worked in Sydney's post production community for 15 years. As well as 10 years of “on set” experience, working on both local and international feature films, television series and TVCs.
In 2019 Phil collaborated with director/producer Lisa Camillo to produce & edit the trailer for the award winning documentary “Balentes”. Phil was co-writer / producer / director & editor of the web series “Dave Plus One” . This humorous and off beat rom-com consisted of 7 x 10 minutes episodes and developed Phil’s skills in writing, casting, producing and directing.
Nita Wolf is a creative writer, entrepreneurial producer, costume designer and burlesque dancer. She has a background in performance, dance and photography. Nita has performed in numerous productions including The Big Reveal (2018, 2019 + 2020), a variety and burlesque show. Blue Cabaret Present Victory (2019), a girl-power, victory themed cabaret show, and Soul Trap Revue (2019) an regular underground variety dance night. Nita is currently involved in producing a dance and theatre show The Red Room, which is a collaborative project consisting of a group of actors and dancers creating a Parisian themed ‘dinner and show’ event.
Nita worked for a number of years professionally as a commercial and artistic photographer and has a keen eye for design and creative flair.
Together, the Wolves posses experiences and skills in the following areas which will come into play in producing Vincent Ergo.
